Accelerate your career success in a nurturing, supportive environment where growth feels natural and impactful. This series is offered regularly, where you can mix and match the 3 classes depending on your goals, budget, timeline, and schedule. These classes are meant to build on each other so take one or all, in any order, to reconnect to your purpose, gain clarity and confidence, and strategize your job search.



Part 1: Purpose & Confidence (3 hrs, suggested $75-125)

This class opens things up. If you’ve been feeling stuck, restless, anxious, confused, or unsure what’s next, this workshop helps you zoom out and look at your career through a bigger lens. In Career Zen fashion, Dr Lynn will facilitate this in a blend of Eastern and Western perspectives.

We’ll explore:

  • Your Head, Heart, and Hands order and what it reveals about your true path and purpose

  • Panda Poker, the holistic career game that priorities your Values, Interests, Personality, and Skills

  • Possibilities you may have dismissed too quickly or never heard of before

  • How to use Career Zen-tailored AI prompts to continue your journey

This is part reflection, part expansion, and part invitation to create impact in the world. You’ll leave with inspired perspective and new ideas that feel grounded in who you are.

Part 2: Vision & Direction (3 hrs, suggested $75-125)

If you feel like you have no idea what you actually want to do, this class helps you get crystal clear specific. Once possibilities open up, clarity becomes the next step. We will use an East meets West approach to understand how to balance the passion with the practical.

We’ll work through:

  • Hands-on career exploration card sort to identify what truly matters to you

  • Creating a vision statement to finally answer “What am I looking for?” (see real student examples above)

  • Bird’s eye view of all 500,000 careers to understand what fits you best and what doesn’t fit

  • Crafting AI prompts specifically for Career Zen students to tailor the ideal next steps

By the end, you’ll have a clearer vision and words to support it. This is where fog turns into focus! You really have more options than you realize :)

Part 3: Job Search Q&A (1.5 hrs with 2 coaches, suggested $75-125)

This class is expert-led by two career coaches. If you’re actively job searching — or preparing to — this is your space to ask real questions and get thoughtful answers.

Together with Dr. Binta Brown of Career Prompt, we’ll cover:

  • Why traditional job searches don’t work and are so frustrating

  • What employers are actually looking for and BEST way to enter the hidden job market

  • Resume and LinkedIn guidance

  • Inteview preparation

  • Networking in a way that feels natural

  • How AI can be a powerful tool in preparing your materials and what AI traps to avoid
