Meet Lynn Chang, PhD, RYT

Namaste and aloha! I’m a holistic career coach, certified yoga teacher, and lifelong seeker of joy.


I created Career Zen to help people move from burnout to purpose because work should feel like a calling, not a chore.

With a PhD in Counseling Psychology and over 20 years of experience, including my time as a university career counselor, I bring a strong foundation in research, career development theory, and evidence-based assessments. I blend these practical tools with spiritual guidance, mindfulness, and breathwork.

My teachings are rooted in aligning the head, heart, and hands—so you can design a way of living and working that truly fits you.

Together, we uncover why you’re here, what lights you up, and how you naturally thrive so you can move forward with clarity, confidence, and a sense of ease.

I live between Austin TX and Kona HI, practicing what I teach: a life of intention, service, and joy. My clients range from 14-80 years young, and I welcome everyone with respectful curiosity, inclusive compassion, and light-hearted humor!
