HOW IT WORKS

Week 1: Return

Before we can make sense of burnout, we need to calm the system.

In our first session, we’ll identify what’s feeling unsustainable and create immediate relief. This is about slowing the spiral and giving your body and mind a chance to exhale.

Burnout recovery is not just about resting. It’s about changing the conditions that keep draining you.

This week we look at boundaries, rhythms, habits, and support systems so recovery becomes sustainable.

Week 3: Replenish

Burnout narrows life. This week is about expanding life with moments of intentional joy.

We explore what nourishes you, what makes you feel alive, and what parts of yourself have been neglected in survival mode.
